2nd Hand Revival takes old vintage religious statues that have had prior age use & discolor or damage and turns each piece into a unique piece of art !
Our pieces are not perfect and we don't want them to be perfect. We are 2nd Hand Revival as we bring back to life these beautiful old statues.
This little piece came to us with worn color and nics and scrapes to the surface.
We decided to do Mary in Blue Colors and a Veil of Floral Fabric Trim nd we added our personal touch of iconic embellishments.
Statue is vintage solid chalkware/plaster and has some markings at back but illegible

Artistic Style in colors
Painted in White parchment and gold paint dress . Blues on the Cloak with Hand Painted Gold Trim .
Base is 2 Tone Gold Paints
White Paper Gardenia Flower and an Oval of Pink and Gold with print of Madonna and Child at front .
Note a small Virgin Mary Medal in her hand.
Veil is a Trim of Fabric and White /Pink Center Dasies.
Oval B&W Print of Lourdes with a blue ric rack trim .
Small Round White PearlBeads Silvertone Metal Crucifix .
The Beads are just place on the statue, they can be removed. ometimes w glue these in place but felt this Rosary was better just wrapped and sit as you see in the photos
White Fabric Flowers are on the Bottom
Note the back: Vintage Fatima Portugal attached at the back base and under the Fatima is a small oval print in black and white of Fatima
Note the statue is removable from the case

Note: The Face, Hands and Feet have been softened with a mottled paint style .
